The rasa wing beautiful room was spacious. it had a nice garden view. I could relax there. the soft drinks included around the pool were a nice perk.
The reception staff seemed a little hurried. They were efficient! though not overly warm.

unhelpful staff average breakfast
I had high expectations but was disappointed this time. the front desk staff seemed unhelpful. I was asked to pay a deposit despite providing a credit card at check-in. also, the breakfast felt more average than five-star. it lacked the personal service i expected, such as coffee or juice offerings at the table. these issues detracted from the overall experience.

wonderful experience at a great hotel
lovely pool good restaurant great beach
i loved the easy access to sun beds by the lovely pool. many restaurants are close (i tried several!). the beach bar was a great spot for evening drinks. both sea view and garden view rooms seemed to have nice outlooks from what i could tell.
the hotel felt a tiny bit busy during peak hours at breakfast, but it wasn't a major issue.

Breakfast is superb with lots of varieties. I skipped lunch (it was huge!). coffee lovers will enjoy the coffee machines. There is a choice of coffees you can make yourself. the food was excellent here.

the hotel provides facilities like a bar, a spa, and a health club. the gym includes equipment. there is a pitch and putt course, too. the pool area had bean bags and balls (nice for kids).

the hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and tourist attractions. the downtown area is about a 30 minute drive away. it is good. (i liked this).

the staff are friendly and prompt. the staff are very helpful and always greet guests with a smile. everyone, from the doorman to the reception, was cute and professional. housekeeping replaces used mugs in the room.

The breakfast was great (the fresh fruit selection was excellent). The gardens were beautiful, very well maintained with lush greenery. The room was spacious and clean. The bed, especially, was comfortable.
